According to some employees, the so-called viral phrase "Quiet Quitting" is more like an attitude of an employee.

For some reason, it has become unproductive at work or in the workplace.

According to some employees, this action is due to unfair treatment of workloads and payment. 

The environment of the workplace really affects the performance of the employees.
