Managers Should Be Aware of "Quiet Quitting"

According to some interviews, some define it as doing the bare minimum at work or not going above and beyond.

Others think it is about setting appropriate boundaries and resisting the "hustle culture."

Many people claim that it is about recovering control of your time...

And standing up to bosses who expect you to do more with less pay.

why is this happening

According to some employees, the so-called viral phrase "Quiet Quitting" is more like an attitude of an employee.

For some reason, it has become unproductive at work or in the workplace.

According to some employees, this action is due to unfair treatment of workloads and payment.

The environment of the workplace really affects the performance of the employees.

Another reason why this is happening is the low salary with no raise or unreasonable deductions in paychecks.

The company should create a non-toxic, vibrant, and welcoming environment for employees.
